Alongside continuous gigging Matt has gained lots of teaching experience to private students, at primary and secondary schools, and at dedicated music schools from beginners to advanced students. Many of his students have gone on to achieve excellent exam results and have developed their own music careers. Following on from this Matt ran his own music school, providing lessons for a range of instruments and helping new musicians onto the local music scene.

Matt now offers tuition from his home in Fulford, Staffordshire and also provides mobile lessons.

Students can learn purely for pleasure or work towards ‘Rockschool’ exams.
